You like that shit, right? Gouda?
This week sees me at the exact same weight as last, give or take an ounce or two. I'm disappointed but not too down about it, as I've been superbusy (which for me also means super sedentary). Maybe next week when I get my exercise back up to 5 days I'll see some movement. Sigh and sadface.
In other news, new foods have been creeping their way into my eating plan. Some things I've tried and loved:
-smoked gouda. Yes, I was a gouda virgin! It's delicious and I WANT TO EAT THE WHOLE PACKAGE. Just suck it all down with everything.

-cottage cheese + diced apples + cinnamon + sweetener. I have trouble with cold foods in winter, so have been seeking a hot breakfast that does not include eggs. Nuked for a minute and stirred all up, I get a hot, steamy bowl of protein- filled love.
-edamame hummus. I had this last week at a friend's place and WOW it was so good. It's yummy, but caloric, though a little goes a long way. Add this to my list of green creamy things I've been enjoying recently...get your mind out of the gutter.

I'm pretty happy that I am still finding healthy new foods to enjoy. And hey! I get to mention casually that I eat SEAWEED! SOOOOO clessy!
