Spoke too soon

In a bizarre twist of fate, my elliptical got stuck on the highest setting.

I could hardly make it a half hour this morning. So much for feeling fitter!

Pitiful.

I've had some dissertation woes and am left uncertain of how to proceed.  Except to proceed.
