For the first time ever since beginning to run with Couch to 5K, I could not physically complete a workout.
Yes...this just happened to be the days following some pretty broad calorie- slashing to fit within my WW points. I am not sure how heavy exercisers manage the program? Maybe the "free" fruit gets them through? You also get activity points, but even with those...I bonked 10 minutes in. I just couldn't "go" anymore.
