The thing is, this year I have made some serious lifestyle changes! I:
-work out 4,5, or 6 days per week!
-focus on health and fitness...
-run!
So I'm building on these strengths for the year! Here goes:
1. Run 60 minutes 3-4 times a week.
2. Heal.
3. Strength train 2-3 times per week once I do #2.
4. Get a doctorate.
5. Buy clothes that make me feel like a million bucks, like this top with leather sleeves:
