So my face is appearing rounder even though my weight is (basically) staying the same.

I've been killing it on the exercise front, and have lost inches in my back + thighs. Of course, my weight is still staying...the same. For the third week in a row.
I don't want to start tweaking...that is disordered behavior for me. But I'm unsure of how long to wait before making a change to my plan.
I have never done this patience thing before in weight loss.
